We are beyond happy to be part of the 14th annual event of The Mondial des cidres SAQ happening this February. And just like many other events since the beginning of the pandemic, the concept has slightly changed. This year, every participating Quebec cider maker has partnered with the restaurant of their choice. The restaurant’s chef will elaborate a special menu or dish to be paired with their ciders, resulting in a perfect combination of cider tasting and our regional flavors!
Cidrerie Compton is proud to be associated with O’Chevreuil restaurant in Sherbrooke for the event. Chef Chevreuil, Mr. Charles-Emmnauel Pariseasu has prepared an absolutely decadent dish that goes wonderfully with our Barriqué, Cerise, and Camerise ciders.
